For me, drawing used to be a practice of innocence, punctuated by imagination and a desire to escape. Training at an art school introduced me to new aesthetic and theoretical experiences, and I've really felt that illustration and storytelling are real sources of change in today's culture and society. The gratification of bringing forms and concepts into existence, linked to a constant need for evolution, is what most resembles me, what corresponds to my sensibility and therefore constitutes my main professional interest. 

 

I'm genuinely curious about the future, about the way each individual can influence it, and about anything that seems to be the fruit of constant evolution. From my point of view, storytelling, images and communication can really have an impact on the world, if only by inspiring certain people. Beyond an activity, creating is almost a "duty", so much so that the gratification of having exchanges and feedback on what we share makes me fully exist. I'm convinced that humanity will develop new approaches to fiction and graphic design in line with more innovative technologies and tools as the years go by, and it's my duty to do my bit.
